The Trinity Pro frame is made of a very strong double voided extrusion. The extra bars, which are placed in the lower part of the frame right between the wheels, strengthen the overall construction of the frame. The power triangle formed by the three mounting points and the low frame construction magnify the benefits.
Aluminium alloys are alloys in which aluminium (Al) is the predominant metal. The typical alloying elements are copper, magnesium, manganese, silicon and zinc.The 7005 aluminium we use for the Trinity Pro frame contents of more zinc and has got a higher tensile strength than 6000 series aluminium. Important for the strength and rigidity of the frames is the T6 heat treatment besides the overall construction.
Rockering of Frames
The rockering of wheels is used in certain disciplines of inline skating. The position in hight of wheels can be changed with the result that only 2 wheels of the frame touch the ground in order to improve the agility of the skate.
Rockering of Trinity Triskate Frames
Trinity Pro triskate frames feature special, oval shaped rocker axles, which are used for the second and third wheel in triskate frames as well as in 4-wheel frames. With the help of those axles the wheels can be rockered down by 2mm, means the front wheel will not touch the ground anymore.
Besides the rigid construction the Trinity Pro frame also stands out from the masses by its puristic design. The noble look of the Trinity Pro frame is a result of the precise CNC milling of edges and other parts of the frame as well as laser prints on the frame and heads of the axles. The Trinity Pro as top of the line frame is the big brother of the Trinity frame which is made of the same material as well as based on the same extrusion. The difference is the missing CNC milling of the trinity frame.
The combination of the across slot in the frame and the along slot in our boots is called the X-Slot Mounting. This system enables the skater to adjust the boot-frame setup without any dead spots according to his skating style and preferences.
